PVC lined prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe is a technical improvement product of reinforced concrete pipe (PCCP) for jacking construction method. Its inner wall PVC anti-corrosion sheet is made of polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material, and other modified auxiliary materials are extruded at high temperature and high pressure. At present, the PVC anti-corrosion sheet we use is a product imported from Taiwan, which is divided into two types: T-shaped key and diamond-shaped key (as shown below). The T-shaped key structure is suitable for vertical vibration molding process and core mold vibration molding process, and the diamond-shaped key structure is suitable for centrifugal molding process and core mold vibration molding process. It is mainly used to transport seawater, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, strong acid and alkali and other strong corrosive media.
PVC anticorrosive sheet is generally coiled material with a thickness of not less than 1.5mm. It is produced and tested in Taiwan according to the requirements of CNS13781 and K3112 of the standard "PVC anticorrosive lining sheet" and DBJ15-53-2007 tested in China according to the Guangdong standard "Technical Specification for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Lining Modified PVC Drainage Pipeline Engineering.
PVC lined prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe follows the traditional concrete pipe on the basis of economic and practical, easy installation, good stiffness, but also has a good anti-corrosion effect and small flow resistance and other characteristics.
