Recently, Wuxi Xinfeng Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinfeng Pipe Industry") and Shenghong Refining and Chemical (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenghong Refining and Chemical") signed the "Hydrogenation Pipe Fittings Framework Purchase Agreement", with an estimated contract amount of 0.33 billion yuan.
Longquan's main business is the production and sales of prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCP), and it is one of the backbone suppliers of PCCP for large-scale pipeline water transmission projects in China. 2016 5In January, the company completed the acquisition of a 100 percent stake in Xinfeng Pipe Industry, thus cutting into the manufacturing of high-end metal fittings such as nuclear power and petrochemicals.

During the validity period of the agreement, Shenghong Refinery will place an order with Xinfeng Pipe Industry to purchase hydrogenation pipe fittings according to the needs of the project. During the term of the agreement contract, Xinfeng Pipe has no minimum purchase limit on Shenghong Refining's purchases.
The implementation of this agreement is conducive to the development of the company's metal pipe fittings business and enhance the company's competitive strength.The framework agreement estimates the contract amount of 0.33 billion yuan, which is about 32.61 of the company's audited operating income for 2018.If the performance is finally completed, it will have a positive impact on the company's future operating results.
