On June 20, 2021, the China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Association's "Technical Guidelines for Prestressed Steel Cylinder Concrete Pipe Jacking for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") group standard compilation group was established and the first working meeting was held in Xinzheng City, Henan Province Held.
Li Xianshe, deputy chief engineer of the General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design of the Ministry of Water Resources, and representatives from the preparation units of engineering design, pipe manufacturing and engineering construction attended the meeting. The meeting initially determined the scope of application and the framework system of the "Guidelines", and focused the content of the "Guidelines" on the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering., Industry and other fields can refer to this "Guidelines".
At the end of the meeting, Li Xianshe, deputy chief engineer, made a detailed arrangement on the next work content, planned progress and task division of the guidelines, and put forward specific requirements. All members of the preparation team have made it clear that they will actively cooperate, strengthen cooperation, jointly complete the tasks they undertake, and go all out to promote the preparation of the guidelines.
Before the preparation meeting, on June 19, 2021, the participants visited the production site of prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe jacking in Longquan, Henan Province for inspection and guidance.
